We celebrate the third Monday of February each year, known as President’s Day, to honor George Washington, the first president of the United States. (February 22 is George’s actual birthday, though.) Across the country we use this day to celebrate and remember all of our nation’s presidents, including Abraham Lincoln, whose birthday also falls in the month of February. Happy birthday, Abe and George!

(I’ll happily take all of the below to add to my vintage presidential collection.)
