I’ve been looking for a way to use fewer paper towels at home. I’ll rip off the smallest amount possible to clean up a spill, or I’ll use one towel until it can’t take any more. I started doing this for several reasons, one being the exorbitant amount of money it costs to continuously supply a home with paper products. It really adds up! That’s why I love these reusable cloth “paper” towels. Not only is it a more environmentally-friendly solution, it would also save a ton of money in the long run. All you have to do is wash your towels and snap them back together for a new, clean roll of towels. Plus, there are all kinds of cute prints to choose from. Could it get any better?
Remember that amazing slide-out kitchen pantry featured back in July? It might still be the best kitchen storage idea I’ve come across, but this super smart space-saving pantry runs a really close second. Just look at all that storage, and it barely takes up any space in the house. Wouldn’t it be cute painted in a fun pattern? And I would finally have the space to stock a well-supplied pantry!
Is anyone else a fan of decorating with books? I tend to squeeze a book or two wherever I can find the space. Unfortunately, I’ve always had to rely on interior book decor. But now, the style of beautiful, old books can be extended to the garden. These unique and stylish brick books are a super cool way to show off your love of books without damaging a classic. And there are so many to choose from, you’re bound to find an old favorite.
I don’t even have an iPhone, but I’m still crazy about this super-useful case. The built-in storage compartment is hardly noticeable but still has room for your ID, credit card, key, money and more. Plus, there is a small mirror inside. Wouldn’t it be great to go out and only have to keep up with one thing? I think so!

I thought I was over the moustache trend, but these funny moustache magnets are pulling me back in. You’ve got to admit, they’re pretty fun – and functional! And for just $10 for a pack of 14, I just might be a facial hair fan after all.
What about you? Are you all about the ‘stache, or do you wish we’d all just cut it out? Let us know what you think!
Even More Moustaches:
Pre-gaming has never been this easy. Gone are the days of awkwardly trying to balance your cup and purse while attempting to fill a flimsy plate with delicious (and overflowing) tailgating delicacies. This reusable party plate will make you wonder how you survived so many years without it. It can even fit on cans, disposable plastic cups and some wine glasses! Just be sure you remove the cup before drinking, or you might end up looking like this.
I’ve always known that it was good for your health to keep plants in the house. It perks up your attitude and improves air quality. However, I was not aware that some plants do a better job of purifying the air and improving the overall smell in the home. Some of these plants also happen to be delicious herbs that would be great for adding to meals or making a cup of tea. That’s smart planting!
Rosemary | Basil | Geranium | Jasmine | Woodbine | Coffee Plant | Lavender | Mint
I love this bed. That’s all there is to it. It’s whimsical and romantic with a hint of fairytale charm, and I just love it. Can you imagine waking up every morning enveloped in this enchanted forest? Add a good book and a ceiling full of stars, and I might never leave the bedroom.
What do you think? Are you as crazy about this forest canopy bed as I am?
Don’t you just love when decoration and functionality come together? It’s an especially nice combination for those of us living in smaller homes, who have to make the most of every available space (particularly in the kitchen). These milk bottle measuring cups seem like the perfect useful accessory for a southern-style home.

Tired of eating the same old thing? What if you could add some extra sparkle to mealtime? With the invention of edible spray paint, you can! Just about everyone has used food coloring in their lifetime (anyone remember that bizarre green ketchup?), but now it’s easier than ever to take your food from dull to ultra-glam. It comes in several colors, but gold is the best seller so far. After all, who wouldn’t want to gild their Thanksgiving turkey (anyone?). Well, despite its weird factor (and the health controversy that is always circling food dyes), it seems like a pretty fun idea. And I could definitely go for a few of those golden blueberries (er, I guess goldberries).
What about you? Do you think edible spray paint is a fun way to spice up your dinner or an easy way to lose your appetite?
