Located in Cumberland County, Tenn. (not too far from the HGTV headquarters), stands the world’s largest treehouse. Minister Horace Burgess, the builder of this sky-high marvel, has been working on the treehouse for years and says he plans to continue his work until God no longer provides material for building. This amazing work of art is supported by 6 white oak trees, and at 97 feet, it stands taller than the Tower of London. Covered in porches and boasting a sanctuary and even a choir loft, this treehouse would undoubtedly be an amazing sight to see. Road trip, anyone?

For city dwellers surrounded by cement or plant enthusiasts who just can’t get enough, these indoor vertical gardens are the perfect way to add a natural touch to your office or abode. Not only do they look amazing, they also improve your indoor air quality. And if an entire wall of plants is too much for you, consider a vertical herb garden for the kitchen.
It might be a little too Bubble Boy for some, but I think having your very own transparent personal bubble would be pretty cool. How amazing would it be to be able to read in the rain without even getting wet! Frankly, that’s the entire reason I want one of these bad boys.

Although designed for a child’s room, this tree branch bookshelf would be a unique addition to any room of the house. There are so many possibilities. Why not try a cookbook wall in your kitchen or a movie wall in the living room? My only request: let’s leave the babies to the playpens.

Autumn weather is right around the corner, and I can’t wait. Fall has always been my favorite season, and I plan to spend most of the next few months enjoying the beautiful outdoors. I’ve been toying with the idea of building a fire pit in my backyard to enjoy with friends and family, but after seeing this awesome fire pit globe, my fire pit standards may have been raised. It’s just so cool!
Today is Read a Book Day! So, I have to ask. Have you ever literally judged a book by its cover? What about by its author? If you have, then you’ve probably missed out on some amazing things. Lucky for you, there are some pretty fun ways to get around your preconceived notions and discover something amazing! Book blind dates allow you to try a new book without knowing the author, title or jacket design. Book stores, websites and even libraries are getting behind the literary craze. And you should, too! So go ahead and take a chance. After all, you might end up falling in love.
The hanging cocoon is a super cool hammock, perfect for reading, relaxing and just hanging out (pun intended…sorry, I couldn’t help myself). According to Hammacher Schlemmer, the interesting tapered design was inspired by the nests of weaver birds and provides a bit of privacy for the user. The cocoon is ideal for lovers of the outdoors, but it can also be hung inside (maybe in a child’s room or reading nook?).
Are you a fan of the hanging cocoon? Where would you hang it?
Bring a little big city charm to your home with this clever fire escape wall shelf. It’s super cute, plus it would be excellent storage for plants or whatever knickknacks you want to show off. It might be a little too kitschy for some, but I think it’s downright delightful.
Would you give this urban art a try?
If you like to bring nature inside the home, then this earthy moss shower rug would be perfect for you. It is made of three types of moss: forest moss, ball moss and island moss. The moss thrives in humid conditions, so it’s ideal for the bathroom. Plus, it actually drinks in the water that falls after you get out of the shower. It’s like a mini magical forest in the bathroom!
Happy Labor Day! This Daily Delight is for those of you who love barbecues but always thought you didn’t have room for a grill (I’m talking to you, small space dweller). Get ready to host tailgate parties and other tasty events, because now anyone with a handrail or balcony can be a master griller! The BBQ Handrail Grill is perfect for those of us who simply don’t have room for a regular-sized grill. And even if you do have the room, this mini grill is great for a simple dinner for one or two. Plus, a smaller grill means less cleanup, and that’s a benefit everyone can get behind.
Every parent, babysitter and older sibling knows that one of the quickest ways to entertain a child for hours on end is by building a fort. It’s a cool place for imaginations to grow and adventures to ensue. I typically go with a fort of sheets or blankets, but this super sweet playhouse tablecloth is just too cute to pass up. In fact, you might want to make it a permanent addition to your kitchen!
Have you ever been stranded at the airport for hours on end wishing you had a little privacy? And wouldn’t it be great to actually be able to catch up on the sleep you have no doubt missed during your travels? The inventors of Sleepbox really knew what they were doing. These amazing mini rooms can be placed in airports, offices and anywhere a guest or customer might need to rest. Genius.

I have a bit of a canister obsession. But when they are as cute and useful as these tin chalkboard canisters, how can I help myself? I tend to go for glass canisters, so I can always see what’s inside. However, these handy-dandy chalk labels would do just the trick – plus, I just love the design!

Last weekend, I decided I wanted to liven up my home with a few (or maybe 11) houseplants. However, when I got home to distribute my new plants, I quickly realized I had gone overboard. I just didn’t have the space for all my leafy spoils. But with this adorable mini indoor greenhouse, several similar plants can be grouped together, and they look right at home. It looks like it’s time for a trip to IKEA!
Aren’t these pillows just fantastic? I love how simple and natural botanical throw pillows can be, yet they still pack a heavy stylistic punch. I’ve been searching for the perfect pillow combination for my couch, and these earthy cushions might be just the thing. But which ones should I choose?
