It’s Friday, and that means it must be time for some HGTV Dream Home floor plans! Here’s the first look at the interior layout of the 2008 home currently being built in the Florida Keys.   1. The house is wonderful because it is in the keys. The Florida Keys are beautiful. I have to agree with some of the other comments though.
    A childs room on the first floor. A diffinite security problem, But a house in the keys is good idea anytime and anyway you can get it.

  2. I’ve said for years when I grow up I’m going to be a beach bum, well now that I’m 60 and have had a hard 6 years, I’m ready to be a beach bum! My daughter lost her 5 1/2 year battle with bilat breast cancer and I had to have a total hip replacement in Nov. ( I bet I can make it up to the third floor ). I would love it! My grandchildren may not want to go home. Thanks for the dream.

  3. I’m going to rent out the top floor as a bed and breakfast when I win this. I’ll live on the second floor. Do you think I could afford taxes and expenses that way? Well, it is a DREAM house.

  4. My mom and I fell in love with this house and I love the kids bedroom I just wish that it had just one queen sized bed instead of two twin beds.

  5. How and or where would I find a copy of the 2004 HGTV Dream Home? As I would like to build similar. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
