One Last Post Before The Giveaway

Okay, Marie … I’m stumped … (and feeling a bit silly that I can’t figure out the answer from the great hint that Coop gave). Who is the high-profile couple with the 75 acres that Norm Oliver had his hand in helping design?
Great questions are coming from the blog – keep ‘em coming! The draperies in the foyer are truly functional and can be closed to allow for more privacy in each room (I don’t believe this is “traditional” Victorian design). Coop, I am pondering your window-trim question. The window trim is actually painted a deep red/purple color that coordinates with the porch finish and the outdoor plantings. The white trim helps to make the windows really pop. I think that you can better appreciate and see this in person. There aren’t really any vibrant “painted lady” colorized homes in Armstrong Estates (as compared to San Francisco). This home definitely fits into the Armstrong Estates community. Bonnie, there are definitely sprinklers to keep that beautiful lawn green (and a drip system for all of the outdoor plantings as well). I will have to do a little investigation to find out about the heating system. I will post an update soon.

It looks like there is a bulit in seat in the master shower. You can see it if you look at the 360 tour.

The quiet front porch neighborhood, only five blocks from the Square, seems ideal for a family. Do you know anything about nearby schools for children? Thank you so much for all of your information. The home is simple, comfortable elegance…designed for warm evenings with the family and for gracious entertaining. It is the perfect reflection of Sonoma. Truly a dream.
I would have to disagree with a lot of the post entered on this one. I don’t think that this is not a masculine home, its just more for the upper class style of people. Hence the reason it is in wine country. Yeah, its true the some of the previous homes were more rugged. This one is just more for the California style of living in a relaxed upper class way… with a nice glass of wine. I love everything about this home. It is exactly the type of house I would love to have. And Sonoma is exactly the type of place I would love to live.

I love this 2010 dream home !!! … it has a beautiful spiritual flow throughout… It would really be hard to say one room was my favorite. It was created well for a place in the Land of Enchantment….everyone … Job Well Done.! I also like the fact of more cash too … maybe a person could use to pay taxes so they could really stay in their dream home I …. like probably a million other people would love to win.( my grandson already calls it grandma house because I get so excited when entering) Good Luck to All
