Thank you Ingrid for the Sonoma updates. It gives me more of an idea of what Sonoma is like. Hopefully we will meet and have herbal tea soon:)
This is the first year that I would choose to keep the Dream Home, if I won, and not sell it. I absolutely love the design and the location is perfect. What a gorgeous, gorgeous city. I would leave everything and move there, all the way across the continent, without a second thought! In case I do win, would I be able to afford the taxes? What are the annual taxes?
The house is beautiful and Sonoma is a great place to live. Its just a shame that if I won I would not be able to afford it. Aaaaa but one can dream. By the way Marie the last I knew the owner of the chargers (Spanos) lives about 2hrs away in Stockton. I used to see the players all the time. I lived around the corner from the head office. It would be a nice daytrip for you to go and throw tomatoes at them.
I have tried to watch all of these videos about this beautiful home but I just can’t do it. I can’t look at this beautiful home and then I end up not the one who wins it. It would break my heart. My family and I are really struggling to have a home of our own and we have been let down a lot in our life. I did watch a few video’s about it and it really is my dream home. I just don’t want to get my hopes up. I want somewhere we can feel safe and grow old in. With all of the war that is going on and the economy, I am worried we wont be able to full fill our dreams. I guess we will just have see when I am able to uncross my fingers and toes on February 19th. If you don’t have television am I going to be able to watch it live online?
I absolutely love the 360 degree tours of the house. It really lets you see every last detail of everything. I’ve gotten so many good ideas from this house and the panoramic 360 degree tours have really helped me look at every last detail to do it right the first time. I don’t know how long it takes for you guys to do all of that, but thank you for doing it. Keep up the great work HGTV.
