christi- I understand about getting crazy about this whole thing! I am normally very level headed and calm about many things. Like you I want to move some place warmer though. I am in Juneau Alaska and I need it warmer.. Born and raised here, love it, but want a change.. eventually.. I will just have to keep doing it myself instead of getting my hopes so high that “its meant to be” by winning a contest. Oh well. Congrats to the winner regardless.

It’s in Florida. The front door is dark wood with a long oval glass piece. TV can be seen from front door & the siding looks white or off white.

So they do ambush a week in advance. Who was it that said they saw someone getting ambushed in Florida and how long ago was that?
She’s nice, she seems overwhelmed…keeps saying “I can’t believe this!”. Standing on her porch with her husband…retired white couple.
She really looks so surprised a true ambush. So cool. They are retired putter around. one son in Lakeland. 8 grandkids.
I’m watching the show but I’m tempted to turn it off. I find the host’s overuse of stereotypically derived gender based terms “masculine & feminine” to describe the decor offensive. How dare someone tell me what my design preferences should be based on my genitalia. Please, evolve beyond this 1950′s view of human behavior. It’s a beautiful house with wonderful design elements. Can’t we all enjoy it regardless of our sex?
