I actually chatted with the builder Mark Roccaforte yesterday. From what he describes, this house is going to be phenomenal. Mark your calendars for July 21 or thereabouts, when HGTVPro launches its “Building of the HGTV Dream Home 2010″ package.

After tonight, I won't bother you anymore about the 2010 Dream Home floor plans. Decided to work on patience so I'm patiently waiting unti the powers that be at HGTV reveal the plans. NOT!

Not that you make it obvious Lynn, but I would say dancing. I am more of a sipping in the sauna personality.
EdinOregon – You guessed it! I love to dance…although my husband slightly insinuates I dance like Elaine on Seinfeld! Hahaha!
However, I really like to sip in saunas also..can't you do both?

I have a couple of questions: 1. How many square feet in the house +casita?, 2. What is the lot size?, What are the property taxes going to run (roughly)?, 4. Where's the dog house!?
I have been looking at land in and around New Mexico for several years( Iam not retired as of yet) and looking for a nice piece of land to buy. Watching HGN for many years, low and behold they build a beautiful dream home in New Mexico. It is beautiful!!!
That would be our dream!

Boy! are they right when they say (I say) LAND OF ENCHANTMENT!!!!! Just to be back home would be My ultimate dream Of course my dream includes the wonderful Dream Home. My celebration would be a big matanza for those of you who don;t know what it is think of it as spanish luau. Lots of traditional New Mexico music spanish , western and mariacihi forget the salsa bring on the New mexico chile. No south of the border only southwest entertainment. How enchanting is that? May my dream come true.
