A Peek Inside Dream Home 2010

We’re back in the office today, but I am still dreaming about that amazing sunset over the Sandia Mountains and wishing I could chow down on one last green chile chicken burrito. Hope you enjoy the photo of the online crew.

And just for fun — and as promised — I am throwing in a few teaser photos this morning. In which rooms do you think these images were snapped?

  2. I sat with my 6 year old and 3 year old grandchildren and went through the tour of the house and each one was excited to see their bedroom in the 2010 Dream House in New Mexico. The room my grandson liked has a basket full of wooden ABC blocks which he loves. He has some now that he spends hours playing with so when I saw them in the Kid's Room I thought it was cool to think that it is actually a possibility that this could really be his room if we win this home. He truly believed that this is his room as we took the tour. Who knows, maybe it will actually come true. I would be shocked. I wouldn't mind moving from Cincinnati to New Mexico. I visited once about 6 years ago on a mission trip with our church. It was arid and hot and I remember commenting that I could live here because it agrees with my hair. I had no bad hair days while there. Humidity is one thing I would not miss, maybe. I can actually say that I do know someone who lives in that part of the world over in Arizona. If I win, I'd surprise her by inviting her to my new home. It's fun to dream!

  9. Good luck to all who entered. My 16 year old daughter and I went out to visit friends in Las Crusus and absolutly fell in love with NM. It truly is the Land of Enchantment. The culture, the landscape, the food is just amazing. We didn't get a chance to see everything that we wanted to see. There is just to much to cram into 2 weeks. We did get to see some totaly amazing things while we were there. If anyone ever get the chance to go out there, do it. The most fun we had ever on any vacation. Sand sleding at White Sands is awsome!!!! Carlsbad Caverns, what can I say. The bat flight at sunset is something you will never forget. The Caverns themselves are magnifacent. It truly is one of natures best efforts. The hiking trails are really great. If you are an outdoorsman, this is the perfect place. NM has so much to offer and is so verstile. You can go from desert to mountain and fall in love with it all. So, again good luck to all and hope I win. lol
