Our friends at HGTVPro.com just launched a photo gallery with snapshots of the construction process — from empty lot to finished home. Click through, relive the excitement and pop back here to comment.
Not much time left now until the great reveal! Every year I enter (and enter and enter) and tell my kids and extended family to do the same. Maybe this time it will be us! I was in a car accident a couple of years ago and have spent a lot of time on my laptop, unable to do much else. Entering gave me something to look forward to every day. Beautiful house, area and that view is great! If you haven't looked at the photo gallery you MUST, even just to see the beautiful sky, so different in every photo!
I agree – the place is gorgeous! Glad it's given you something to do… Best wishes to everyone – wish we all could win this house!! )

Hi my name is Kathleen ive never been the one to win anything before,my little sister and mother are always buying those lotto tickets,to me it seems like a wast of money. My sister convinced me to look at the pictures on the hdtv sight ,I was blown away ,its so beautifull that I had to enter. My husband and I have a small construction company in Anacortes Washington,We know what it takes to build something like that,We have built many nice homes for other people but have been unable to build one of our own. The odds of winning are im sure quite high but someone is going to winn.congradulations to the person who winns,I am impressed with hgtv they are not just giving a little they seem to go all out, good luck everyone.

We LOVE this home. The HGTV dream home rocks. We used to live in NM. Fell in love and got married there. It's one of the most wonderful places to live! I would live in the HGTV dream home in a heartbeat. What a fantastic house: it has everything you need to entertain, it has gorgeous views, beautiful craftsmanship and architecture.
When I worked for the state arts agency, I traveled all over NM. There's nothing more beautiful and spiritual than the NM sky, the expansive landscape, the art, the people, and the rich history. My husband was on the search & rescue team and rescued so many people in the Sandia Mtns near the HGTV home It would be SO great to be able to return home!

The pictures of the home being built and the land is beautiful. I love the sunsets also. I viewed a lot of the pictures but skipped over some. Thanks for all the hard work everyone put into this house it is truly amazing! I love all the HGTV dream homes and enter every year!

wow…….i was reading some of the comments and people are telling their sob stories to try and sway the judges but they just dont seem to realize that this is a random drawing…thankfully……………maybe they should send their sob stories to extreme home makeovers like the other scammers who got a house that way.

Unlike many others that post comments. I and everyone in my family are healthy. I think my wife and I and our newborn would live a very happy live in this great house. We both would love to move south since we are both sick of the Minnesota winters. Anyway, good luck to everyone.

I wish that this Dream house was more Traditional New Mexico Green Style. I was disappointed with what I saw. Where is the Adoba walls that works wonderfully for so many reasons here. I Glad the have all the out door fire place since it can be quite chilly in the mountain area that this house is in. The Kitchen and pantry are the only 2 things that I really like in this house design. This is the Southwest which is a wonderful style that is lost in the inter build of this house. Other Dream homes in the past have hit there region design better then this house.
