I would just like to say that this house is stunning. I would love to raise my children in this tranquil place, my daughter is 3 and my son is 3 months old. They are the meaning of life for my husband and I. Again we are glad we had a chance to enter good luck to everyone. Absolutely amazing and a dream!
Cheryl Ross on March 4, 2010 at 10:26 am
This would be a dream come to true. I am close to retiring and would like it as a business and a home. I want to do a B&B, so I can retire, and do my art work. It would be a blessing for those who come to visit and for me as well. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE! Who evers dream it is?
Pam Briscoe on March 4, 2010 at 11:03 am

I’m retiring this year, this house would be a “dream house” for my husband and I. The weather would be perfect, after living in cold climates all of my life.

I have never been to the southwest. I still live in the same house I grew up in, in the northeast. I would love a change of scenery, now that my husband is retired.

I have never been to the southwest. I still live in the same house I grew up in, in the northeast. I would love a change of scenery, now that my husband is retired. Above all, the house and landscape is BEAUTIFUL!
Betsy Sampson-Day on March 4, 2010 at 12:51 pm
I love the house, I have always dreamed of living in New Mexico.
Everything about this house and the location is stunning – absolutely stunning!! A true Dream Home.
Pat on March 4, 2010 at 2:17 pm
I was born in New Mexico and have always dreamed of living there again. This home seems to have a spiritual sense to it that goes beyond words. My desire is that whoever wins they will spend the balance of their lives becoming one with spirit and nature.
Nadine Corlew on March 4, 2010 at 2:47 pm
One would feel closer to God in this beautiful home with spectacular sunsets I’m sure. After the snowiest winter in many years on the northeast coast, I am ready for more sunshine and a drier climate in New Mexico. The people and artwork would be an appreciated special bonus!
Karen A. Clayton on March 4, 2010 at 3:11 pm
I hope i will win this home
gloria on March 4, 2010 at 3:14 pm
If I win I cook for of you thank so mach
gloria on March 4, 2010 at 3:16 pm
My husband are both retired .What a BEAUTIFUL HOME inside and out. Winning this home would fill my dream of living in this Home. I can just see us having our childre , grandchildren , greatgrandchildre and friends visiting us. We went out WEST and I fell in love with the desert style HGTV HOME. If I won I’d think I died and went to heaven. Thankyou for the beautiful home even if I dontwin .I know anyone would be happy there.
As the house rises from the colors of New Mexico, I can see the vision of the designers and builders who seek to blend their design with the drama of the mountains and the desert. The blocked masses with recessed windows and glassed in views creates the setting for reflection and tranquility. My husband and I are nearing a working retirement as I teach college classes online. The cool interiors with natural materials and green technology are appealing and promise a setting that fits our lifestyle.
Mary Huffer on March 4, 2010 at 5:44 pm
A dry climate is what I need. Now that I’m retired, I am free to pursue many dreams and still young enough to do it.
While I was in the process of a difficult divorce my best friend told me about the sweepstakes My little ones made sure I entered everyday and I did. I love the idea of a new life, a new home, a new beginning.. It would be a blessing to win this beautiful home. Good luck to everyone
Adriana on March 4, 2010 at 5:57 pm
I visited New Mexico last year for about a month. The circumstances weren’t the best; but I absolutely loved Albuquerque. The HGTV home dispicts the warmth, beauty, friendliness of that city. I pray that whoever wins, truly enjoys the blessing and does not turn it into a bed & breakfast. Be blessed!!!

This house is an amazing example of how good green architecture is. I think it’s important to preserve our earth and HGTV is setting the precedent. Living in San Pedro would be a dream come true for me! Currently living as a ski bum with other ski bums in Steamboat and desperately need my own house.
I grew up in Nova Scotia canada. I left in search of work. I married and brought up my family (one daughter) in mass. I have never
had an opportunity to have a new home. This is my dream home to say the least. It is georgeous. I envision myself standing out in the yard, looking at the mountains and enjoying the great fresh air. I loved the casita, the great beautiful master bedroom,
I could go on and on but you all know it is
a great gift for someone to win. MY heart is there, I am looking forward to the big giveaway. Retired now, but would love a place to rest my head. My dad was a coal miner, and to even dream a house like this
was not or could not be a reality. Thanks for a chance to win. Love it!!!!
Flo Hughett on March 4, 2010 at 11:41 pm
I am recovering currently from my skiing injury…and the only thing that cheered me during the cold and long winter here in New Hampshire…was to keep visiting the one and only Dream Home that I would ever want.
Thank You HGTV for such a beautiful and serene dream…I hope to wake up in that house someday to see the sunrise and have it real, and would love to see Dylan and Matthew enjoy this gorgeous area with me…they love the kids bedroom and playhouse!! I’ve even imagined them riding out there on some ponies…tsch…makes my heart jump.

To win this home would truly be a blessing, I miss the Southwest and have always wanted to go back. I just couldn’t help but explore the entire home everyday that I entered, it really is a “Dream Home”. Not only that it would just be nice to have a fresh start and be closer to family, I’ve been away far too long. Goodluck to everyone that entered! God Bless you all!!!

I knew it wouldn't take too much to lure me back to Albuqueruqe. I've only been gone 10 years and I really miss it. I'm a disabled Vet and I'm really pleased with the way I was treated at the VA. It's definitely not like that here on the east coast. It's a real treat to watch the building of this Dream Home. Good luck to you and Good luck to me. Bruce
