You are wracking your brains and crunching the numbers in an attempt to decipher my very straightforward clues. And still you stumble.
So today, I share a simple clue: a photo of a cow. Did you know that when European dairy cows were brought to America in 1611, they helped end severe starvation in the Jamestown Colony?
Ready, set, go!

I'll supply the wine and beans
I will be there for wine and beans… with a my bakes rosemary potatoes!!
Yum, I would love the backed rosemary potatoes and have them with my sparkling white grape juice.
Last night I felt so SMUG. I was sure Coop had dropped the last clue for us—-and this morning—I was so WRONG—–ego gets me every time!
I know it has to be in Arizona because Arizona is the only place that kind of cactus grows, can't think of it's name. The flower is a cactus for the same cactus.
The COW is SO Wisconsin… There are many areas in that State
that would fit the description… Being from Minnesota I would
think the area south of the Mall of America would also be
a great site…
This is like finding the treasure in this hunt…would the
real location come forward.. FUN…
CA.
Hi #HGTVLVR, thanks for your really nice reply. I can't wait either to find out the secret of the location. It will really be nice to know since so many of the clues can go in so many location directions. But I guess if they didn't this would be a very short challenge aye? I just missed being on when you were. I coudn't get on all day until now which was killing me all day! Do you hear that Mary? You are driving us crazy in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, and during sleeptime too! Even in the sunshine, the moonshine, and during the raindrops and snow plops (heaven forbid anymore, sorry Vermont for last weeks escapade). Yep! I have gone bonkers.
But then again, who knew all of us bloggers would HATE the "WAIT" game Mary is putting us through now? LOL
I know right???? It's very easy to do on here. Sweet Dreamin you!!!!!
Wisconsin or California!

Right… I was thinking of the California cows too. LOL Wisconsin and Texas also have may cattle. Maybe it refers to cheese.
Cows love to eat clovers too. As a child….. many of us kids would pull apart red clovers and bite their inside ends. I don't remember if it was sweet or not.
ALL GUESSES ARE GOOD SO I SAY PENNSYLVANIA LOTS OF COWS BEAUTIFUL ROLLING HILLS.

Mary says…”So today, I share a simple clue: a photo of a cow. Did you know that when European dairy cows were brought to America in 1611, they helped end severe starvation in the Jamestown Colony? “
Vermont’s state cattle is Randall Lineback Livestock. http://www.hobbyfarms.com/livestock-and-pets/Rand… In the Beginning During the early- to mid-1600s, the ancestors of today’s Randall Linebacks arrived on our Eastern coast aboard sailing ships from points throughout Europe.
They have mixed with other breeds.
It's west virginia. West Virginia was founded in 1611.
Ya know……… that upper center black spot on that cow looks like a different shade of black.
Could this be a touch-up by Mary?
It sure looks like the state of VERMONT shape! ! ! (Looks like a "V"!)
Does anyone else see it?
Even a ghostly solid shape of Vermont on the cow's forehead! LOL
CLUE?
Here is a 'COW' connection to Washington, DC.
(I never knew this before.)
Presidential Holstein Cow
President William Howard Taft's cow, Pauline, poses in front of the Navy Building, which is known today as the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.Perhaps the most famous Holstein was Pauline Wayne who served from 1910 to 1913 as the official presidential pet to the 27th President of the United States, President William Howard Taft. Pauline Wayne lived and grazed on the White House lawn and provided milk for the first family. Pauline Wayne was the last presidential pet cow.
Mooooo
Is M.A.R.Y. waiting for us to pick the state and exact grated community or development
before she will tell us who is the winner of finding the home spot of the
2011 HGTV Dream Home???????
Mary, you got another clue? ……Musical tune maybe? …….Or a smell….
…….Or a famous person's eyes or mouth maybe…?
…….Or a local fish or snapshot of a local small diner?
…….What's the elevation?
DairyGold farms located in Missoula Montana.
Not only does that cow have a spot on it that looks like the state of Vermontn,
but in Brattleboro, Vermont they have some black and white cows like it too.
Brattleboro, Vermont
Many enjoying Srollin with the heifers this June weekend. http://www.strollingoftheheifers.com/v2/
So Vermont?
Or that "Vermont" shaped black spot on that cow could really have a "upside-down" spot the shape of New Hampshire!! Remember MARY said something about an 180* turn. Poor cow!
New Hampire has much cattle and milk. Black & white cattle and black and white sheep too. http://www.eatwild.com/products/newhampshire.html
Very straightforward clues Mary said.
Cabot Vermont dairy cow.
Next time your in the grocer try the cabot brand cheese so yummy and creamy
Yes I did know about the cows bread with American Steers that helped a lot of people survive in that time. I also know that if we American's, (people who were born here in the USA) had kept that "Patriotic Spirit", and not sold out to China, and other countries, we might still be known as "THE!! SUPERPOWER", but now it looks like (According to Donald Trump), we will soon be second, only to China. That's a direct quote from Donald himself.
Sandpoint, Idaho based on the lakes, mountains and Schweitzer Mountain ski resort
well it should be in wisconsin or virginia. it seems like a good place to live and raise a family.
Well, I think we're looking at Gunstock Ski Resort in New Hampshire.
Rattlesnake Island seems a likely spot/view for the 2011 Dream Home.
This is absolutely lovely country:
Lake Winnipesaukee Lakes Region New Hampshire
Granite countertops=granite state=New Hampshire….
I want it it to be in Wyoming.
I was looking at orchid – Orchidians in northern Vermnt, Town Montpilier VT. Could that be it.
