May I offer a couple of comments though. How do you access the kitchen from the car? When you are carrying grocery bags you may not want to have to go down the bedroom hallway or through the porch to get there. The kitchen of most often poorly placed for easy access for women in modern floorplans. This a huge complaint and usually an easy fix if addressed before construction. And why do you have to go through the master closet to get to the bathroom. Might be an issue for older people. Other than these thoughts this is one house I would LOVE to own.
