3. My husband and myself watched the HGTV program showing the home, I hope like everyone else to win and if I do I would like to make this a home for my mother and my husband, myself, kids and grandkids would come on weekends and vacations and then retire in such a beautiful home.

    This is my first entry…At 67 years old I figured we did not stand a chance. My husband is 68 and would love to retire to Florida, He has had a quaddruple by pass , works a couple days a week as a transporter for a local hospital. He has bad arthritis.
    The cold winters are hard on him.
    Not complaining….we are so blessed. Next year we will be celebrating our 50th!!!Love your show!!! It’s like sitting down with family. Keep up the good work..A true fan!!!Muriel

29. WOW!!! I never thought winning something like this was ever possible so I didn’t start entering until about a week ago. I am kicking myself in the butt. I have HGTV on for at least 4 hours a day and am constantly seeing the commercials for it. My son has severe asthma and we are slowly turning our home ecofriendly due to his allergies that trigger his asthma. A warm humid environment has been what the doctors told us he needs. I am now in the process of moving back into my parents house in Atlanta Georgia due to a layoff at my job and now unable to afford my house:( My fiancee is actually away in Virginia because he was unable to find work here and I can’t wait until we can all be together again. It’s been a horrible heartbreaking 2 months and the possibility of winning this home has kept my spirits up! Who knows….I may end up in Florida one day anyway. Thank you HGTV for all you do. Thank you for entertaining me every day on TV and teaching me MANY MANY things! Thank you for giving so much back to your fans. I love you guys and hope to be getting a knock on my door very soon.

37. Having discovered our family home is on an old toxic dump our family is being forced to relocate by the end of the summer. My husband is a LEED cp and it would be our dream to live in a green home. We have always tried to eat healthy and clean our home with organic products.
