Looking at floor plans, this house is rather small, the size of garage is almost as big as kitchen, great room together! I wonder where is place for dining table? No space for guests. Maybe it will be just a vacation house/cottage for small family, or place for couple with one child, working out of home. The office space in tower is small for 2 people. Or they might have to put addition on. It looks charming, but small. I think that the garage is way too big in proportions to living space. Maybe you can make office in part of garage…just thinking

I went to visit the Pinehills area last week. What a beautiful community. I saw what looked like the green home pretty much completed on the outside anyway. It looks great. I'm very anxious to know when the sweepstakes begins.
