I can’t wait to see what connection you make between clue two and three. This should be very interesting.

Thanks for the "Good One", but I don't understand. What reason?
Thanks for this link!
I remember when HP flew me to Colorado for a job interview. The weather was beautiful. They put me up in a fantastic hotel. I drove the rental car up the hill to the Rockies. I went through 7 or 8 grueling interviews. Then two feet of snow fell! It was the end of May! I was offered the job. I turned it down when I was back in the San Diego office!
Gmom58 I second that. I was, also, thinking along those lines today. It would be nice to see the next DH arrive with a pool rather than a snow shovel. I vote for hot sunbeams glaring down on the roof.
The snow does scare many people away, but really Ed, 2 ft in May is SO rare. Actually 2 ft in one storm is a bit unusual any time of the year, but it only takes one storm like that during a nationally-televised Bronco game to get the tourism industry excited for new bookings from skiers!
Good one because you made a valid connection to Jefferson County, which is in the Denver metro area. Even though it was the Jean Stapleton clue, it still got your guess really close to the Green Home location.
That just means that great minds think a like…I should have stuck with my thought back when the pic of Lake Irene was posted– that Mary was being nice and it was in Colorado near there…I'll never guess one of these right and then stick to my answer
I guess it is more fun to toss out possibilities all over the country and then at least I have some chance of being right at some point.
It is the last name of the actress…Stapleton…which I am finding it funny that I didn't at least guess that as my guesses were all over in anything from where they were from to whatever…I looked up where she was from and decided that wasn't worth it– I never thought of connecting her last name.
Too bad I was way off…I should have stuck with my thought when it was Lake Irene and I said that maybe it was literally in Colorado…oh well, the fun is in the guessing!
Why of course. I don't know what I was thinking. I really did came in the back door with my guess. Thanks for being so patient with my DUH moment.
Years ago I did some research about a bunch of kids that grew up around a school yard in Queens New York. I called the story The Yard gods of Bayside.
COLORADO!
Has anyone actually said that the actress' name is Jean Stapleton? I know we already know the location, but I thought it was a funny, clever clue
