  3. I would love to apply but unfortunately until the Design Star creators wake up and realize the time frames that they give these poor designers to execute anything beautifully is so unrealistic, I'm out.

  8. what is the point? If you aren't gay or if you are over 20-something and a typical cast mate of shows like Big Brother, there is not point even trying. Besides HGTV will cancel ANY show that TRUE loyal viewers have been complaining for YEARS they have missed while the network keeps putting out new shows of the same old thing. AND, when you contact HGTV to get answeres they ignore you.

  9. and notice how they stole all the talent from TLC years ago and now have dropped many of them also. does HGTV seriously think that college-age kids are their main viewers and can afford the renovations? let's face it, HGTV cares very little about Home design advice, even less about Gardening but all about superficial so-called 'reality' TV
