Vern Pulls A Name
This week, interior designer Vern Yip paid a visit to Tennessee to randomly draw the name of the HGTV Urban Oasis 2011 winner. Only Vern knows who this lucky person might be. Do you have a funny feeling it might be you? I cannot wait to reveal the name. Keep checking this blog for details!

! Studying for a midterm with all this anxiety is not good for my grad school career.
Last year, I was heart broken when I found out I wasn't the winner. I waited out side my door for a bell and every Acura car that drove by reminded me of Urban Oasis 2010. This year, I feel like sadly it will be a repeat of emotions. I am obsessed with every thing Chicago. Every time there is any thing about Chicago, it reminds me of HGTV Urban Oasis 2011. Once again I will be heart broken and envious of the winner. I know that everyone deserves to win but there can be only one winner.

Well, it appears it was a mail in winner….and the corset grabbed his attention…as he's a designer/fashionable guy….

I work as a bartender….for a boss/family that's treats employees terrible.
If I won, I'd have the camera crew follow me into work for my "exit speech"…..lol!

Are you in Texas? Several HGTV staff are staying in our hotel so I reeeeeeeally think it is a Texas winner! They have been out numerous times and every morning they all meet in our conference room to discuss things!
So I think the pictures are definitely a clue but corset? There are 3 envelopes with the same stamp so it is possible that is who won and the HGTV people are just in Texas for other business. Then again, the Texas postcard caught my eye… UGH! The suspense is KILLING me!
There is a comment by somebody in Twitter that his wife is on her way to surprise the winner. It was posted 11 hours ago, so they probably surprised the winner tonight or maybe tomorrow, if the flight from Knoxville was long.

Hi Everyone, Been gone for a while. I have not read thru all the previous blogs for a long time, but did they announce the next location for Urban Oasis 2012? I recall discussing options??? Figure the winner has been notified and now, ready to move on. They already announced the location for the next blog cabin location. Wow? I was really looking forward to solving some weird clues and some sleuthing. BOO HOO HOO! Happy Halloween!

Hgtv, I'm unshowered and disheveled, but home……so now would be a perfect time to surprise and embarrass me…..
My hair is sticking up, one eye is half shut from allergies, I'm in pajama bottoms and a wrinkled t-shirt….but, I must warn you, I haven't brushed my teeth yet….so if you visit….don't get too close….you'll faint from my breath…….and I'll faint from winning.
